60 minutes can be a bit short, but 90 minutes on the other hand are often too long for many students. This is the best package for online lessons. In 75 minutes you can have a well balanced mix of grammar and conversation. 

PAYMENT: No payment upfront needed. Very fair cancellation policy. If you are on a business trip simply skip one lesson. You only pay the lessons you take.

The package offers the right length for most students. While it can be too intense for many students to focus 90 minutes, 75 minutes are the perfect duration to stay focussed. the 15 minutes extra give us more room, to handle grammar and conversation. We can also cover more subjects per lesson so you can also do more homework if you want. With one lesson per week you can reach a very confident A2 level in about 6 or 7 months. The monthly study time with one 75 minutes lesson per week will be 5 full houses for the actual lessons plus up to 20 hours for your homework.

OBJECTIVES

A1 in 3 months or a A2 in 6 months

The objectives are similar to a 60 minutes lesson but with a higher focus on conversation and more flexibility to focus on grammar as well. In 3 months you can reach a A1 level. One 75 minutes lesson will provide you with more time for conversation then you will get at a school in weeks. 

WHAT YOU GET

Become fluent with only 240,- Euro per month

With 220,- Euros you get 6 full hours of language training plus 10 to 14 exercises on top or up to 18 hours of homework. For online lessons, this is what I would recommend.  

EXTRAS
Bilingual text- and audio-support 
Each lesson comes with up to 2-4 bilingual text exercises (pdf), an audio-file in German (mp3) for each exercises, and a script from the lesson. This is very helpful especially for A1 and A2 levels. In total you would have to cover between 2 and 4,5 hours per week for homework on top of each lesson.

This rate I can only offer if you come to my studio in Neukölln. It only takes 2 or 3 minutes to walk form the subway station at "Boddinstraße" (U8) to my studio. You can also walk form the U7 subway stop at "Rathaus Neukölln" to my studio in less than 5 minutes.

If you start from scratch, you can reach a decent A2 level in about 6 months. This package is good if you are looking for compact German lessons with a fair amount of homework. Compare to a 90 minutes lesson, here the conversational part might be slightly smaller. So, you need to study the homework and especially the audio-exercises carefully to make yourself familiar with the vocabulary. For 180 Euros per month you get a 240 minutes conversational language training with me plus between 12 and 16 hours of homework.

OBJECTIVES

Reach A1 in 4 months

If you take one 60 minutes lesson per week it takes about 4 months to finish a A1 level. With a A1 level you can hold a basic conversation, you know how to use basic tenses (present, future and present perfect) as well as modal verbs, and you are familiar with German sentence structure. You will also have a solid vocabulary allowing you to interact with people in a basic way. 

WHAT YOU GET

Affordable teaching plan | 50 Euros per lesson 

With 4x60 minutes you can set up an efficient and compact long-term study plan. This is the most efficient and fastest track for a sustainable long-term language training I offer. Every lesson comes with at least 2 exercises you have to study at home. One exercise takes about one and a half hours to finish. If you do one exercise per day you will study German 3 times a week. 

EXTRAS
Bilingual text- and audio support 
Every lesson comes with a script form the lesson (MS-Word-file) and at least two bilingual text-exercises (pdf-files). Every exercises also has an audio-file in German (mp3). This makes sure that you also get the proper pronunciation. On top of this you train your abilities to comprehend spoken German. The audio-exercises are key to internalize the vocabulary and the grammar. On average you will receive 2 exercises per lesson. It takes between 2 and 4 hours to finish 2 assignments.

The package allows you to intensify either the conversational part or the grammar part of each lesson. I usually do a 50/50 mix: 50% free conversation, and 50% verbal-practicing of the new topic. Furthermore, you can pile up your homework up to 4 exercises per lesson. With this you can reach a very confident A2 level in about 6 months. The monthly study time with one 90 minutes lesson per week will be 6 houses for the actual lessons plus up to 24 hours for your homework. A good way to handle the homework is to do one or two assignments per day. This allows you to keep your full-time job while easily learning German on the side.

In 3 months you can reach a basic A1 level. This is cheaper and faster than any school can offer. 90 minutes gives us the chance to practice every new topic more intensively. One lesson alone gives you more actual conversation-time than you get at a classroom in several weeks. So, with tutoring I don't simply explain you the grammar. But I make sure you can apply all the vocabulary and the grammar properly. 90 minutes is the perfect length to reach this goal. As we are more flexible with the amount of homework you can also perfectly adjust your learning speed.

STUDYPLAN

Concentrate on learning and not on traveling

Time is money, so with this course-package you can save a lot of time. As traveling can be very time-intensive, I mostly offer 90 minutes lesson for this home-service. Compare to the 60 minutes lessons, 90 minutes also allow you to get a more balanced lesson (grammar & conversation). The amount of exercises and homework is the same as in the package mentioned above: You can pile up your homework up to 4 exercises per lesson. With this you can reach a very confident A2 level in about 6 months. The total study time per week with one lesson will be about 4.5 to 6 hours (including homework). Per month you will spend 6 full hours for the class itself, plus between 12 and 20 hours for homework. 

DISCOUNT (for COUPLES or FRIENDS)

75 EUR for 2 students | your place

This is an amazing offer if you are a couple or if you have a friend you want to share the class with. 90 minutes perfectly work if you are both on the same level. You also share the same homework and I make you both talking to each other. This way you almost save 50 percent of the costs. This means you can reach a very solid A2 level without leaving your living room faster and for less money than any language school can offer.    

WHAT YOU GET

The entire HOME-A1|A2 package will be about 1200 Euros if you follow the more intense study plan (3-4 exercises per lesson). If you can only cover 2 exercises per lesson it might take slightly longer. Please also consider that learning speed varies depends on your age and you learning experience.

I come to the place of your choice. The rate includes the traveling time within the S-Bahn-Ring. If you live further away or your apartment is really far away from the next subway stop I might charge a little extra. Typical neighborhood I travel to are: Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg, Prenzlauer Berg. Friedrichshain is only possible for this rate of you live close to the U5 line.

This is the best deal if you are on a budged. In 60 minutes, you can have a good mix of grammar and conversation. Keep your full time job and learn German in 6 month. 

PAYMENT: You can pay every time we meet. If you miss a class you don't need to pay! Simply tell me one day in advance. If you don't like the lessons, you can stop taking lessons at any time. I also might be able to give you a discount. Please ask for further information.
