5. SIMPLE PAST

Past tense is most important for any conversation. Only if you know how to use this tense you will be able to use the vocabulary you already know outside of the classroom.  I will show you how to use the most common verbs in simple past like: "hatten, wollten, konnten, wussten etc". You will also learn to distinguish simple past and present perfect.


6. SEPARABLE VERBES 

These verbs are key for your German vocabulary. Here you will get to know how to conjugate these verbs and how to use them in different tenses. We will get to know how to formulate sentences like: Ich mache das Fenster auf. Ich habe das Fenster aufgemacht.


7. REFLEXIVE VERBS

These verbs are very common for the German language. Here you will learn how to use and to conjugate them. For example: sich waschen, sich interessieren. You learn how to use reflexive pronouns inline with direkt objects to formulate sentences like: Ich wasche mich. Ich wasche mir die Haare.

1.​ VERB CONJUGATION

Here you learn how to conjugate the most regular and important verbs as well as some common irregular verbs. You will learn the patters of verb conjugation and how to apply them to new verbs.

2. SENTENCE 

STRUCTURE

Here you will learn how to build basic sentences and questions. We will practice where you place verbs, subjects, negations and the temporal adverbs.
 

3. MODAL VERBS

Here you will learn how to use Modalverben in present tense. You will low how to conjugate: müssen, sollen, können, dürfen, wollen und möchten". These verbs are key for everyday conversation. You will learn in which context you can use them and how they affect the sentence structure. 


4. TENSES

Here you will learn about Future tense by using the verb "werden" and Present Perfect and the sentence structure needed. The past tense is key if you want to hold a conversation in an every day situation. You will learn how to deal with different helping words "haben" and "sein" and how to use them properly.

8. DEPENDENT CLAUSE (Nebensatz) 

Here you will learn the basic sentence structure of these sentences in present tense, in past tense and with modal verbs. You will get to know the most common conjunctions for temporal and causal dependent clauses:

 

8.1. TEMPORAL CLAUSES

These clauses become very important every time you would like to express what you want to do at a certain moment. Here will learn how to use conjunctions as "wann, wenn, als, bis, sobald, bevor" and others.

8.2. CAUSAL CLAUSES

These clauses are necessary every time you want to express a causal link between cause and effect. Here you will learn how to use "weil, dass, ob" and other conjunctions like "um ... zu", "obwohl", "zu", "damit" etc.


8.3 COMBINED DEPENDENT CLAUSE SENTENCE STRUCTURE

These sentences are the core of German everyday language. You will learn how to formulate more complex sentences like: "Ich weiß, dass ich dich sehen werde, wenn du nach Berlin kommst.
